Initial Review
A one off fee is applicable for a review of the hotels current business market mix, revenue analysis and potential hotel sales. A full report will be given back to the hotel with a sales and marketing plan and advisories. If we feel the hotel has the potential to grow with us then we will offer recommended package.
As part of our ongoing commitment, we will carry out the weekly work as outlined in the initial package. Each week, you will receive a concise report detailing the highlights from the previous week, including updates on ongoing projects, key wins we have secured, and any other significant developments. This report will ensure you stay informed about our progress and the value we are delivering to your hotel, allowing us to stay aligned with your goals and adjust our efforts as needed.
An additional service we offer is to drive your Social Media platforms. We will review your current social media page, discuss your goals and requirements and put together a plan. We will arrange a content calendar that you are happy with and report this back to you monthly.
